I do agree with you that there have been several JRs who have caused breaches in recent times. Perhaps what might be better is a revision of protocol for testing involving 173. Ideally, there should be 2-3 escorts which is kinda hard to do unfortunately. D Class can't be counted on to actually look at 173 and can cause breaches. idk, might want to bring it up with DoC or DoR instead of here. I think its time to change that, with level 3 clearance we will not be having to much minge that can breach SCP 173.
