Why do you think this warn was false: Because at the start of the sit i told rabbit the researcher that i cuffed was kicked out for not only not having an escort because we were understaffed but for disrespecting me which rabbit heard him admit that he was rude to me during the sit. Also the researcher may have had a escort but at the end of the day he was kicked out for disrespect and when he wouldnt leave i cuffed him. Ive already had a talk with his command and am honestly disappointed that rabbit would warn me for RDA when he heard the dude admit to disrespecting me and changed his story aswell to cover up the disrespect.

At which point Peggo told me he was apparently there to give Gensec back up.

But Brigand was able to give me proof that Peggo was mistaken and the MTF was in fact there to Escort Brigand.

Asked she for proof of this Disrespect and she was not able to provide any, after which Brigand accused peggo of being disrespectful to him.  

At this point  I made the decision to disregard the accusation of disrespect due to lack of evidence on both sides.

Peggo would continue to bring this up throughout the sit till I had to remove her from the sit so I could get Brigand to send me his pic of the MTF/

At the end I left Brigand the choice in punishment and he picked warn.

You left out the part where you heard him admit to disrespecting. Please dont leave things out when you and i both know you heard him in the middle of the sit admit to disrespecting me you're leaving out key points that lead towards my side and taking the other mans side. I never disrespected him he did to me he was kicked out of d block and cuffed for not leaving

Also wasnt his evidence that he had a escort a discord chat between the two or a PM because if so the MTF coulda easily lied. Imma be honest here i never heard no mtf say he was escorting all i saw was the mtf go behind the barricades. I agree with gunther on the terms of miss communication.

Id this is true then it would be a fair warn but proven How its RDM not RDA i would recommend the warn being either removed OR changed to the correct warning, over all im giving a +/- report as for both reasons

So I think there's no doubt that I had an escort when I went to D block, I sent proof to Rabbit regarding that. So now let's assume that her reason for Peggu cuffing and gagging me, bringing me to bunks, and then trying to get me in trouble with my command was for "disrespect". Right off the bat, the "disrespect" that she is referring to occurred 30 minutes BEFORE the incident where she cuffed me, which at that point, can't be used as a reason to remove a researcher from D Block (Unless Gensec has a rule that if an officer accuses you of disrespect you're blacklisted from upper D Block for a period of time.). Now that this is established, let's move on to what Peggu actually considered disrespect: I asked her to not take a rude tone with me. That's literally it. That's all. And it didn't even occur in D Block! It occurred in LCZ when she saw me walking to D Block. She (in a very rude way) told me to get an MTF escort, but 30 minutes later when I had an MTF escort, it apparently wasn't good enough for her. During the sit Peggu changed her story halfway through when she realized that I had evidence that I had an escort and decided that the reason that she dragged me out of D Block wasn't because I didn't have an escort, but it was because of some kind of (unknown and unsubstantiated) disrespect! I think Rabbit made the right decision here and was fair and unbiased during the sit. 

Additionally, I had been getting several complaints from researchers that she was being rude to them when they were trying to get escorts. When I train for research,  I always tell my trainees to be polite to Gensec and to ask for escorts politely and not to barge into D Block like we own the place. However, it really puts me in an awkward position when I have people coming to me and telling me that an officer was being rude to them. I always try my best to keep relations between Research and Gensec good (Anybody in research will tell you that I am very strict with JRs when it comes to strikes involving things with D Class, D Block, or Gensec), but it puts me in a very difficult position when I'm getting these sorts of complaints!

 

I think it boils down to one simple thing: A person who is mad about a warn. To which I would say: It's not a big deal.

I have 9 warns (most from when I just started playing and didn't understand the MOTD) and I don't think it has affected my life in any way.

I mean look how Protege did me dirty when I played 096 for the first time 

 

Remember the golden rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. Perhaps I wasn't so polite to you when I told you not to take a rude tone with me, but you can't expect to be treated with the utmost respect when you don't give others the same level of respect that you demand. I harbor no ill will towards you, and I hope that this little incident won't effect our future relations (As you did hint at this when the sit was concluded).

I know Brigand is very polite and very formal with his RP, and this just proves my point. Brigand was not in the wrong here nor rabbit, but forreal RAM tho

Yeah, -Support for removing the warn entirely, but it should removed and replaced for RDA.

This is not a debating or a situation to start arguing or having your own conversation.

This is the last chance that we're going to keep this open. I hope everyone understands and respect where we are coming from. Based on the evidence and testimony provided this warning appeal is being denied. The researcher in question had a MTF escort at the time of the incident, and the appellate further admits to rude conduct when engaging with research personnel. This behavior in and of itself is not tolerated, and if continues will result in further disciplinary action moving forward.
