Reaper's Vice Marshal Application

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) :

Lead Imperial Dark Trooper/ SF SOP Reaper 5321

2. What Regiment are you applying for?

Starfighter Corps

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

The battalion lacks officer's or at least active ones so I hope to alleviate that problem by being active and recruiting more troops and keeping the branch alive. I hope to assist omega in training and filling out the roster as the roster is not updated as it should be and I can manage that as im good at fixing up roster's and making sure that men under my command are capable of keeping their rank. We do have officer's but most are not active enough to keep the division alive I wish to upbring the division.

4. How much game time do you have on the server?

Possible 100+ hours not sure how to check.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

The main purpose for a commander for a branch is to lead, Manage, Administrate task for that specific branch as well as make sure all subordinates are in line and not disrespecting other battalions or officer's of that specific branch. Keeping the roster and SOP of the battalions are updated and kept up to code. The main job of the Vice Marshal would be to assist my fellow Vice Marshal and make sure the burrdon of leading is shared responsable instead of solely on one person.

6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :

I believe I should be trusted for the Vice Marshal position as I can assist Vice Marshal omega in doing his duties while our marshal is away at the moment and it seems all the burden has to fall on him. I have experience as a leader and squad lead and I feel confident in my command and training over the men. We do need more  men and officer's and I would hope to resolve that problem by being on and holding more recruiting sessions and to promote those who are qualified to lead and train.

7. How often can you be Online? :

I can be online everyday as needed and since im home from work I will be on everyday as needed.

8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : 

1 Warning for ARDM which should have just been verbal but its fine.

Before you slam me down, let me explain.

I don't expect a rank like his to instantly lead a whole battalion of troops.

He might be a competent leader, but skipping 6 to 7 ranks doesn't seem like a good idea (SF had 9 ranks in total before the recent rank revision).

One thing I am open to is the idea of him getting an officer position (I'm making the forms as I type this) for him to gain more exposure.

He'd make a perfect officer.

The reason I have given a -SUPPORT is your not active enough to be a Vice commander and to be honest there is a lot that you need to improve on and I think you need a lot more time to develop I don't think your ready for a vice commander role there are better candidates, also I'm being straight with you I'm not sugar coating things  honesty is the best thing to do and tbh I don't see you make any impact to your battalion there are brighter stars in there you need to show why you want this and what you will do to get it promises mean nothing ACTION talks not words.

I'm going to say you'll be better as an officer not a Vice Commander your not ready yet you need to develop first.

However, speak to your CMD team, as I believe they were interested in placing you into an officer slot.
