Tonto Posted April 8, 2020 Share Posted April 8, 2020 What you want to see? - More Reasons to Ticket a person instead of the Vehicle Why should we add it? - For example I feel that like if a Hobo has there home with a bunch of trash on the sidewalk or street we should be able to ticket them for Littering. Another example would be if a person is like spitting on or harassing people that would be another ticket able offense.
