At the time, he was founded be a male child with ears and a tail of a Procyon lotor (Common Raccoon), similar features of SCP-5028 however had normal intelligence of a common human. He was also found to have an anomalous ability to be immune to some SCP's, including an incident with SCP-682 and be extraordinary lucky in scenarios, in comparison to SCP-181 ability, however since he didn't pose any threat to human kind he was given a POI number and was put into Site-06-3's Youth Ward for Anomalous Children kept under surveillance. Was released under the care of Dr. [EXPUNGED], Level 4 Clearance to live in [REDACTED], CA before being murdered by members of Global Occult Coalition in regards to a level 5 research project know as [INFORMATION RESTRICTED TO MEMBERS OF O5 COUNCIL ONLY]. Was transferred to Site-05 and requested to be transferred into Security branch at the age of 16. Pending Approval. Approval Accepted on the condition that his ears and tail were to be concealed with his Security Uniform, transferred from Anomalous Containment to Security Branch by the order of Site Administration. Request Granted (See Addendum 5028-1-B) Addendum 5028-1-A: "As of May 13, 2020, Eli is hereby demoted to Warrant Officer by orders of Security High Command due to inactivity. While this punishment is heafty, Eli doesnt appear to be effected by this, not even in the slightest. Its odd to me even if it is so little. I feel suspicious of him. I am going to conduct an investigation of my own on him to see is there is anything else to him or not." -Dr. Kumar Addendum 5028-1-B: "As of May 15, 2020, Dr. Kumar was found dead and decomposed in SCP-106's Containment Room. Autopsy reveals that his right femur bone was broken which indicates he was used in SCP-106's FEMUR Recall Protocol although how he was in the containment room and locked in the chamber is currently unknown. When his office was searched, a mass stockpile of weapons were discovered in his quarters which was speculated to help aid Class-D Personnel in escaping the facility although Dr. Kumar's history's doesn't show any signs of betrayal. There was also a journal founded to keep info and tabs on Eli, the final page stating, "How he had found who Eli truly is and how much documented evidence there was". Such evidence speculated around Eli was destroyed in the incinerator by Utility Personnel during routine clean up and was found by a burnt up page in the incinerator with Eli's medical history. Investigation into Dr. Kumar's death reveals that all evidence that lead to his death, ie. Video recording, etc. mysteriously vanished or didn't record anything during the incident. Interrogation with Eli regarding this event also came up with nothing and he concluded that he didn't even know there was an investigation on him in the first place. From an Audit record on his activity within the Foundation, there were many discrepancies regarding the activity around the Foundation. By this time, his object class is reclassified as Euclid to question his loyalty to the foundation, although he is adamant that he is in fact loyal." -Site Director Hoovy Other Notes: Has compassion and consideration to many people and SCPs and has disciplined leadership. Also one of the young security in Site-05 -=RESTRICTED TO LEVEL O5 CLEARANCE ONLY, ANYONE BELOW CLEARANCE SHOULD REPORT TO SECURITY IMMEDIATELY=- *Highlight to uncover area* "After a Medical Examination on 6/12/2008, 2 months after he was claimed by Omega-7, It was founded that Security Captain Eli's DNA was made up from SCP-5028, "Azeban" and Dr. [EXPUNGED] of the Foundation, who was a double agent member of GoI-α-019 ("The Serpent's Hand"), a POI, and currently deceased. Also, his compassion to SCPs and all of the people of the Foundation as well as his immunity to certain SCPs has also been worrying mostly to Site Administration along with his ability to open a gateway to SCP-5024. Recently, his psychology test results turned up recently with some mixed results regarding not only to Foundation ideals but mostly Serpent's Hand ideology although he is unaware of their association since he did grow up in Foundation custody. Questioning with SCP-5028, and his cooperation with the Foundation, resulted in answers regarding [DATA EXPUNGED] before his captivity in Foundation custody and Dr. [EXPUNGED] resistance to SCP-2317. Also in Incident-106-23 during FEMUR Protocol which he escaped SCP-106's pocket dimension, Prior to new revised FEMUR Protocol that was issued in 2018, He was sedated for surgery and was also founded to have a chip implanted within his neck which was later founded out by Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" to be a suppression chip used by Chaos Insurgency. Although we, the O5 Council, haven't investigated at the time we then found out that his abilities go more farther and more stronger than we have anticipated. I even had a private meeting with SCP-343 to discuss who Eli really is and all he ever referred to him as "The Prophet; for he who decides his fate for all to come". This has shown not only to me but to the O5 that he is much more powerful than he looks or deceives, it was also part of the reason why we had created "Project Eden", a counter measure for SCP-2317 in any case he breaches containment. Yes, Eli is one of the 7 Scarlet Heirs and he is a Scarlet Prince and No were not sure Dr. [EXPUNGED] was an instance of SCP-231. For now, No one but us should know who his true power is but us, for that his true Object Class is Apollyon. If he ever finds out about his true abilities and betrays us and joins with the Serpent's Hand or the Chaos Insurgency, It could mean a FK-Class ("Broken Foundation") Scenario which could lead to the end of the SCP Foundation. To ensure the best possibility of our survival, We must make sure that no one, not even Eli himself finds out about the truth and how strong his abilities really are, for it could be the end for us and himself as a person.
