There were multiple cadets running out of the cadet room and I gave them all a verbal warning and told them if they did it again I would warn them, I am unsure if I warned him verbally so this definitely could have been a mistake from the other cadets. I also warned him on duty because I got reports of cadets running out of the rooms and the cadets making sits about "RDM." So, again, in this situation it definitely could've been a mistake because of the other cadets running out.

Btw. You don't have to warn verbally all ways. If they break the rules you can just warn them.
