Even more so with SCP-999 still being relatively young. Though it does seem inefficient to use SCP-999 material in such a form. Perhaps more study is needed in finding efficient solutions of SCP-999 and methods of dispersal? Your formatting was relatively standard but nice and easy to read; No issues on that end, good presentation. I'll give this a quality.
