I warned him for fail RP, demoted him off the job, and continued on my job. He then spammed in admin chat "rdm" multiple times after I demoted him, which I ignored after talking to waffle, him being the one who killed him, because he had complete reasonable cause to be killed. He flagged on twice after that, which I warned him for both times that he did, and then interrupted another sit that I was preforming at a time very close to when I demoted him. He showed little to no remorse for his actions and refused to believe I was qualified to deal with him, and showed general disrespect for me at that moment. I had warned him for interrupting a sit and for staff diss and he was kicked from the server. He then joined back on a few minutes later claiming that he was going to file a report against me. (no evidence for last claim.) Evidence (required): This one here is him interrupting the sit This is the proof that his RDM claim was false What do you believe should happen to the player: I want him blacklisted from the science branch for a good while, or at the very least Dr. Bright, along with a ban anywhere from 3 days to a week. And for the blacklist from Research, that is up to research HCMD. For bright that is up for debate. And, im aware witnesses dont account for much, but i also saw this guy minging around a fair bit, including minging around in an Event. Further action at this time isn't called for, as there is no video evidence nor specific statements that show the extent of the FailRP this player displayed as Dr. Bright.
