The recoil pattern is super simple making it insanely easy to shoot (Especially in third-person). With the rate of fire, and Easy control of the gun, I feel it needs to be nerfed. Irl, a Negev would not be used and shot as efficient unless you had it mounted to support the weight. The only option to counter a Negev directly is donating for it. It impossible to stay in the same place, dodge bulits and shoot back. You just need more than 1 person to kill them if 1 person can't do it. The only way I can see people getting mad at the Negev is because they full-on rush it and expect to win out of that. Think of it, without the negev, basically it will be impossible for lots of criminals to do certain things like shootouts or robberies, just winning a shoot out with government right now is still pretty hard.
