SCP 049/SCP 106 Balancing Changes - Accepted

What you want to see? - The following balancing changes for 106, 049, and 096

SCP-106: Cooldown decreased to 10 seconds

SCP-049: Cooldown decreased from 120 to 60 seconds

SCP-096: Rage requirement decreased from 2 seconds to instant (if applicable). Health increased from 2500 to Inf.

Why should we add it? - Adding these balance changes would make these scps more threatning and follow lore more closely. SCP-106s cooldown of 10 seconds will give people the chance to move out of the way of the next possible Victim. This'll also avoid stupid and awkward moments where you just stand still and stare 106 down because people know he has a long timer. SCP-096 is a considerably weak SCP with such easy containment procedures. Not only in lore does it make sense to be instant, but it makes 096 more playable and fun. SCP-049s cooldown is debatable, because I'm not sure of 049-2s strength. However 120 seconds seems a bit too weak and long for gameplay, and 60 seconds may prove more viable for 049.

What are the advantages of having this? - More SCP playability and functionality.

Who is it mainly for? - SCPs and those who are killed by them.

+support on 049

-support on 096

+/- on 106 due to the fact 20 secs would fit better

106 to 15 seconds for just half

096 would just be enraged every five seconds and be chasing everyone

049 is chill +support there

+support, except for the 096 time thing, as that wouldn't be manageble for staff if they are  spectating, as split second things just aren't easily visible.

As for 106, definetly, as of current 106 has no way of handling groups as he is slow AF and can only take 1 person, meaning even if he has the  element of surprise he will still be spotted.

I would say 15-20 seconds for 106

 then for 049 i agree

-Support for SCP-096 health increase and instant enrage, if 096 had infinite HP that would ruin termination tests on him, make him immune to Tesla gates, and also immune to the actual nuke entity (if that ever gets used again/fixed) also instantly enraging would make him OP and almost impossible to recontain because he would be enraged all the time

+Support to SCP-049 because in lore SCP-049 would be able to kill as many people as he wanted to but he would need some amount of time

to actually make them into a 049-2

+/- support to 106 it would make more sense to have his cool down be 15 seconds
