(150 Word Minimum) : Joined this community around the beginning of august at first I didn't think I would remain and dedicate my free time to this server 6 months later I've decided to apply for T-mod knowing the rules and having a good reputation around the community. The reason why I believe I deserve this rank is that I've been around the community for a decent amount of time and I know the rules of the server I personally think the server also needs more EU staff since I don't see that many staff early. I do not have the same experience as some other trial moderators do but I know that I can do good and even better than some of them, I wanna help more than just donate to the server, I wanna help with being a staff member that will help the new players around and deal with peoples problems or issues that they got in-game related. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would teleport them away from the other's so he won't be able to shoot or curse at them after I teleported him somewhere where he couldn't hurt to curse anyone I would start trying to talk with him and telling him what rule he broke after that I would check the logs to see how many people he rdmed and I would warn him for "MRDM, Staff diss" after I warned him I would then get a higher-up (admin+) who can issue a punishment.
