1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) :

Shock Commander Arson 0118

2. What Regiment are you applying for?

Shock Senior Commander

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?

I would like to be a Senior Commander in Shock for many reasons. The first would be due to the countless hours I have spent on the server and in Shock, I believe that I am able to take on the additional responsibility of being a Senior Commander. Additionally due to Shock dealing with people in all battalions I believe it would aid in having more clear and direct communications with other battalions should any issues arise. I was the Vice Commander to Senior Commander Texas and I believe that I learned a lot under him in how to lead, communicate, and help progress the server as a whole. As well as before Texas joined Shock I was essentially the non official commander running the day to day operations of the unit due to the inactivity of the rest of the Shock Command, as well as doing so before I event made the rank of Vice Commander. I believe I can greatly assist any new or old commanders / vice commanders with any issues that arise, and help them with issues within their battalion, or with any questions or general assistance they may require.  Finally I would enjoy the additional interactions with other battalions and hope that I could help remove any negativity towards Shock or any other battalion.

4. How much game time do you have on the server?

Over a week due to being on daily for many hours.

5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?

The main purpose of a Senior Commander is to ensure that the battalions runs effectively, are active, and follow all rules set by command to a T. To defuse any tensions between battalions which should never arise in the first place. To work with the naval security officers in their own battalion to ensure synergy that might not be possible if the two do not work communicate and work hand in hand. Additionally they ensure that those who show exceptional skill or dedication are put in rolls that best suit them. As well as dealing with those who do not meet battalion standards or act in a manner unbecoming of the unit or their rank. They help to keep battalions organized and at peak performance. They act as intermediaries between commanders and battalions and the higher command. They assist Commanders or Vice Commanders with any issues that arise, as well as inform them of any issues that they have had to deal with. They are a key role in the CoC and deal with issues before they spread, and help keep the work for the Marshall Commander and above to a minimum.

6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :

I believe I can be trusted to be a Senior Commander for many reasons. The first and possibly most important is I maintain good relationships with battalion commanders, Vice Commanders, Naval high command, all the way down to the basic trooper. I always try to be fun but professional and serious when needed. I have risen from the rank of TRN to Commander in Shock, and have learned much throughout that time. I deal with issues immediately instead of letting them fester. Such as any issues that have arisen between Shock and any other battalions,  or any issues regarding Shock in general, and bringing up issues that I may find with any other battalions or players with their respective CoC. I am a strait forward person and don't allow petty issues to become minor or major problems, as well as never arguing because that accomplishes nothing. I always attempt to work with other battalions to encourage collaboration. Such as having the 31st build a new checkpoint if command clears it. Or doing joint training sims so that everyone is better coordinated for any mission, and to build bonds between the battalions so that everyone maintains respect for the other.  I am active daily and make sure that I delegate tasks to others if it is something that can help them grow their abilities as leaders, while not shaking off my own duty to lead the battalion. Being a leader who leads by example is a very important thing to me. Because how you act in front of your men and the example you set is the example they will follow.

7. How often can you be Online? :

Several hours daily

8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) :

I have zero warnings on the server. None as a moderator, and none as a game master.
