Interviews show that 149C is a very nice person, however he shows the courage of a normal E11 enlisted. At the rank of PFC, he enlisted in Combat Engineer Squadron #752, passing the test later in the day. Then on the 31st of (REDACTED), he was promoted to SSGT. He was thinking about joining Mobile Task Force unit (REDACTED), but he couldn't attend a single tryout. Currently, 149C tries his best to recontain anomalies that have breached with his squad. He has survived an 096 encounter, a juking match with 076-2, and tea time with a "civilized" 682. 149C has been respected with the amounts of survival from dangerous SCPs, one time killing 076-2 with his own sword.
