ArkCarbon
Lore Name: Jr Researcher Andrew & Jr Researcher Dean Winchester Rank: Jr Researcher SCP: 999 Question / Idea: How does SCP-999 favor/consume different categories of food/nutrition Background Research: SCP-999 is a safe class SCP. It is a large blob of orange goo. It is very friendly and kind. SCP-999 is known to consume large amounts of food and not change in weight/appearance. It is known to usually be fed candy. SCP-999 does not appear to ever gain weight nor have a metabolism of some kind. All food that is consumed by SCP-999 appears to "Evaporate" inside it to never be seen again. It is known that SCP-999 favors Candy/Sugar Foods. Hypothesis: Will SCP-999 change at all when consuming other types of foods or will it favor one over the other. Labor & Efficiency Tests: Checking if we can use 999 as a food waste disposal or if we can get some kind of special substance out of it. Observations (What Happened During Test): SCP-999 reacted differently towards specific types of nutrition and food. It had bad reactions and also good reactions, majority was non effective. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: Broccoli: SCP-999 Spat out the broccoli (Appears to not like the broccoli; no reaction) Celery: SCP-999 Ate the celery and appeared to have enjoyed; No reaction Bread: SCP-999 Ate the bread; No reaction Crackers: SCP-999 Ate the Crackers; No reaction Salt: SCP-999 Ate the salt and its outershell shriveled up; Bad Reaction (Causes SCP-999 to dry out) Water: SCP-999 Drank the water and its shell returned back to normal; Good Reaction (Causes SCP-999 to return to a normal goo) Uncooked food: SCP-999 Ate the uncooked Steak and it was knocked out; Bad Reaction (SCP-999 appears to react towards bacteria/Raw food) Candy: SCP-999 Ate the Sugar and regained consciousness; Good Reaction (Sugar returns consciousness to SCP-999) Cooked food: SCP-999 Ate the Cooked Food; No Reaction Potassium: SCP-999 Ate a Banana and reacted towards the Potassium inside by becoming energetic; Good Reaction (Potassium causes SCP-999 to become energetic) Sugar: SCP-999 Consumed pure sugar; Good Reaction (Sugar makes SCP-999 happy) Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): SCP-999 can react towards food. Food can even have an effect on it. SCP-999 does not intake food without having a reaction. However, it did not gain weight or change in color. This means that it can be used as a Food Waste Disposal however it can only eat specific types of food. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: Yes, SCP-999 did have different reactions and did favor certain foods. However, it did not appear to give a substance or change in weight or color. Protege
Grade: 15 Lore: 0/20 Ok so first of all SCP-999’s diet consists entirely of candy and sweets, second SCP-999 will refuse to eat any meat, third there is nothing in SCP-999's file that says anything about eating large amounts of food without changing in weight or appearance. Creativity: 5/20 This just doesn't seem like you put much thought into it, your just seeing how SCP-999 reacts to certain food, and when you said cooked food you didn't even specify what type of food it is. Presentation: 0/20 First of all you put a spot for evidence/visual stimuli without putting any evidence/visual stimuli in it, second you put labor & efficiency tests but you aren't using the correct format for a labor test nor are you doing a actual labor test your just feeding SCP-999. Writing: 10/40 There aren't many grammar/spelling errors that I see, but you put basically nothing in the observations about what you did in the test. Test quality: Sub-standard
