(150 Word Minimum) i believe that i deserve this rank for many reasons the first reason is that i am very dedicated twards the community. i show this dedication by being active on staff. another way in witch i show this dedication is that i am apart of all the devisons on staff/ the community, i am apart of support, discord moderator, event team and fourm diplomat. another reason i think i should be awarded the rank of senior admin is because I am a very active player who will stay up to anytime just to help players and other members of staff with any questions they have or just anything in general. when im on staff i do my best to help anyone and everyone, i always make sure people are having a fun time playing police rp. is that i have amazing knowledge of how staff works from past experiences and from this community i want to be able to help everyone in every single way I feel like I am ready to advance in the staff team. I am a very dedicated staff member who is on every single day, and this has not changed even with rugby training/big games coming up . I will always help anyone who asks and even if they don’t i will try my best to help them i will always give them the respect they deserve. I make sure no one feels bullied and hurt from playing police rp or being in gaming light as a whole. 16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? well first of all i would find a nice place away from any rp situations. once i found the spot i would do !jailtp (name) 0. this would keep them from running away/shooting me/shooting anyone in the area. i would then try calm him down as he would be swearing at me. my next step would to mute him using !mute, so he couln't say something like "this is the worst server its so corrupt" or spam the nword in advert. this is something i always do just to make sure they dont do anything stupid in chat. i would then calmly ask why the killed all the people they did. and i would obviously make sure that he did it by looking in the logs. I would tell him that he is being warned and banned for Mass rdm | Nitrp | Staff diss | Player diss . I would go on to explain how long the ban will be for and what for. I would then warn him for. Mass Rdm|NITRP|STAFF DISS and depending on what he has said I might add in player diss. Then he would get banned for one to two hours for MASS RDM|NITRP|STAFF DISS. 17. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? if i thought a player was an alt i would first of all gather my information by spectating them or by asking them some questions then i would contact a superadmin+ to perma ban them. -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? if a player was threating a chareback i would bring him to a roof and have a calm conversation with them. i would start it off by telling them what happens when someone chargesback. i would tell them that its a very bad decision as it leads to a blacklist/ ban from every server. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? i would bring everyone in the family do a roof if needed i would jail them as well, i would talk to them telling them that they have been causing a lot of issues and people are starting to get annoyed. i would tell them what has happened to past family's that caused problems like they were. eg blacklist from departments , warns , kicks , jails and bans. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") if i came into a situation that i did not know how to deal with i would usually ask another staff member to teleport to me and help, or i would contact a staff member or more trough discord or team speak and tell them the situation ask them what i should do.
