Suggestions: Key cards for personnel who can lock down. (Senior/Elite medical personnel.) It is inconvenient for everyone involved having to call staff to lock down medbay. A few staff are cool and will spawn key cards for authorized personnel, while others outright reject a request to even lock down medbay in the first place. All of this could be avoided.
