Reason For D Class Status: War Crimes including shooting civilians 

Personal Details: D-5642 Was born in 1967 To a family of 3 in Yugoslavia. D-5642 Joined the Croatian Army in 1992 at the outbreak of the Yugoslav Wars. He was quickly promoted to SGT and was known throughout his company for being ruthless. On September 26nd, 1993, D-5642 entered the Serbian controlled city of Tito Vrbas, looking to drive the Serbians out. On his way he found some civilians who hated the croatians and would often hurl obscenities at Croatian soldiers. D-5642 had enough of it and massacred 34 civilians, including children. He was picked up by the UN and was going to be sent to death but before they could do that, the foundation got its hand on him, wanting him because he was strong and could follow orders well. Over the years D-5642 has escaped over 100 times and always comes back for some reason. If D-5642 is seen with any sort of weapon, it must be taken away and D-5642 put into solitary confinement. He has survived multiple tests which should’ve killed him.

D-5642 and Dr Clifford must never come in contact and neither must know about each other’s existence. Testing is suspended with D-5642 for the time being due to his frequent escapes.
