Purge Troopers 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I want to face new Challenges and improve the Battalion itself and the Experience for the individual Troopers 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I am unable to give an accurate Estimation but according to steam 130+h 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Well in my Case it would be assisting the Commander in the Bureaucracy, etc. in other words the actual running of the Machine behind every battalion. If needed i am expected to take over for him, in addition i am responsible to take care of intern problems. I stand as a figur of authority and a rolemodel for the Troopers to look up to. I am to lead my battalion into battle well disciplined and coordinated. I am to be a skilled leader and shouldnt let personal feelings get in the way of me doing a good job. It would be in my responsibility to offer seriosity , leadership and a friendly , yet firm environment for the troopers in my battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Well an American saying goes like this: "You can’t understand someone until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes.” I understand what the Enlisted and NCO of my Battalion want from me and as such would provide for those demands. In addition i have experience in most forms of a Commanding Officer be it from the Battelfields of WW2 Rp to WH40K. I am highly adaptive and will be whatever the Situation demands from be. Not to mention the irl Experience i have from the Military Police in Germany. But all that big talk proves nothing in my eyes as for me Trust needs to be earned and thats up for all of you to decide if i earned it or not. 7. How often can you be Online (physically on the Server)? : During the Week: Till 0:00 CET Weekend till 05:00 CET 8. Do you have any Warnings? aDaddy Posted January 26, 2020 Share Posted January 26, 2020 (edited) +/- Support This is not anything against but I just cant see you in a command spot just not yet at least you don't have enough experience on the server I just remember the day you joined it was around the time purge came out and that was a month ago I can understand your liked by others but in my personal opinion you need more experience on the server and also time zone could be a problem but your still as active as you can be I wont hold you to that and also your app seems to be rushed and sorta sloppy it could use improvement but your a great guy to talk to and great person to be around and yeah...
