(Can be any length) I believe the reason why I should become staff is mostly due to my hard working nature and professional attitude. I understand the guidelines and regulations that everyone most abide by including what permissions certain individuals are to do. I wish to ease the burden on the current staff team and resolving problems that my occur on the job. I have also had previous experience on staffing on Mexican Border RP and have had countless of SITS which range over 200. I wish to give an immersive experience to all players and eliminating the liabilities that come with it. I would host constant events that include everyone and not a small margin of people and encourage activity and have people to look forward to something they are sure to enjoy. That's why I wish to become a Staff Member. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Tally the Count, Ban, and have a higher up extend the ban corresponding with the amount of kills if I am unable to extend it myself.
