MTF making CPs bro - Denied

What you want to see? - Make a rule for MTF not set up checkpoints only for CI, or at least limit them to a few props, unless CI's location is called out for that place specifically. 

Why should we add it? - Because this rule will allow MTF to actually have to fight CI and not just set up a checkpoint with a crap ton of props or barricades. Also it helps with the RP aspect as it doesn't make sense for MTF to just sit at EZ or LCZ while we're breaching SCP or killing foundation staff, this especially goes for when people set up prop barricades in EZ waiting for CI to enter/exit. Slicing off an entire section of the map from us or literally just blocking or exit entirely is just cheap and kind of meta. 

What are the advantages of having this? - Well first it just adds to a level of fairness between MTF and CI, we have rules for not breaching SCPs (unless your job is to do so which is very rare) and have a 20 minute raid timer. Considering that it's a real buzzkill when we're raiding and about to get to LCZ and all of a sudden there's a checkpoint for the snipers or negevs for us to get shredded through a doorway, or if they are setting up a CP at EZ office waiting for us to enter. Or on the other side of the coin you have people camp EZ office, cafe, or literally just Gate A just to wait and kill us. So now we have to choose between Gate B (where MTF spawn in and can run out with grenades and mass numbers) or Gate A (where a ton of people will set up kill traps through a doorway). We cannot build in the Facility to help us defend or attack, and it's not like we have the firepower most times to run through and sacrifice men to get to the checkpoint (or the SCAR-20's/G3's and negevs). 

Who is it mainly for? - CI and MTF (and D-Class as well that don't have the money or stats for firepower like that)

Actually, that has been me setting up the checkpoints on LCZ bridge. I limit it so its fair, and CI are perfectly able to get past it if they just move to the left a little bit.

I have NEVER EVER seen someone build anything like a checkpoint

I mean it’s usually just an unspoken rule amongst MTF that it’s a dick move to camp cafeteria , and I see no issues with the LCZ Checkpoints since class D have access to the armory before they get to the checkpoint and CI have plenty of SCPs that they can get through the checkpoint that will cause havoc in the checkpoints

I fully support this rule however if CI are specifically called out in a location, MTF should be able to ambush them using FAIR barricades. Outright banning checkpoints would be extreme but I support limiting props/fair barricades.

+/- Support, i mean, yea i get that those huge constructions are unfair, so + for that, but not for small barriers placed aroun the place.

Alpha-1 also setup ID checkpoints on the LCZ bridges sometimes. It happens very rarely and we only do it when we have no VIP to escort, or nothing else to do. And even when we decide to do it, it is only for RP purposes. We never set up checkpoints to attempt to gain an advantage over CI, nor we we setup checkpoints on the HCZ bridges, or anywhere in EZ.

I do agree that camping in the EZ cafeteria with the sole intent to stop / wait for CI is obviously bad, it hurts RP and MTF-CI relations. It also seems that it is almost always the Rho 36 (correct me if im wrong) custom class in these clips and photos, and in my opinion, all of MTF should not be punished for something a custom class is doing.

-Support on removing the ability to set up checkpoints for RP reasons.

not talking for ID CPs for A1, I could care less of those they dont look like they were made in a tower defense game like some of the structures I see raiding.
