What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:459780903

Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I am a trial mod on the TTT server and am currently an Admin

What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) July of 2019

What date did you make your forums account? July 14th 2019

Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Admin/ET (Also have gold)

Have you donated? Yes, 20$ for gold during the Black Friday sale

What rank are you applying for? Senior Admin

Are you staff on another community (BE HONEST)? Nope!

Have you read the staff guidelines at

? You will be tested on it: Yes

Timezone: EST

Permission (Senior Moderator+ need this): Superadmin: Catsro, Gamikzone,Awg  HA: Rang HoS:Th3 Manager: Hotshot

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) For the past few months on this community, I have been staff. Staffing has been one of the greatest things about playing on Gaminglight, not only do I get to help out those who need it, but I also get to meet people who want to do the same. Throughout my time as staff, I have learned and refined many skills that not only assist me in staffing, but also define me as a person. With only 2 ban appeals and 1 warn appeal to my name, I am one of the most consistent and skilled staff members. I am one of the few who gets on when sits start popping up, even abandoning escorting O5 or mid-way through a training sometimes. I constantly prove myself to be a competent staff member. I have many qualities that make me fit for Senior Admin. I’ll list a few:

Good Judgment: I constantly have to use good judgement in order to staff effectively.

Relaxed and Respectful: I have never once blew up, nor have I ever disrespected anyone in a sit or when off-duty. I always treat people with respect and always let them have a chance to speak.

Strict: While I may be more relaxed, I can be strict when needed.

Reliable: I'm almost always available on Discord and can help out people when needed

Non Biased: I treat everyone the same, completely disregarding things such as RP rank, Staff Rank, Personal Relationships, etc.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

I would first ask them to calm down and mention the fact that if they didn't calm down their punishment would only compound and nothing good would happened. Past this point there are two ways this could go:

If they did stop dissing: I would first check logs to see if they did MassRDM. If there are 4 or more cases or RDM, if they MassRDM'd, I would inform them that they are going to be punished for MassRDM. I would explain to them how MassRDM is against server rules and is punishable by a ban. I would then inform them the punishment they would be receiving, which would be a warn for MassRDM | NITRP and a ban for 4-10 days (Depending on how many they killed and their general attitude).

If they continued dissing: I would gag them so I could continue with the sit. I would check logs to see if they MassRDM'd, and if they did, I would inform them that they are being punished for MassRDM. I would explain to them how MassRDM is against server rules and is punishable by a ban. I would then inform them the punishment they would be receiving, which would be a warn for MassRDM | NITRP | Staff (or Player depending on present players) Diss | NCWS and a ban for 7- 14 days (Depending on how many they killed)

Please pick and answer one of the questions only if applying for Senior Moderator. If applying for Admin pick two and answer them. If applying for Senior Admin you must answer all three. Answering more than the required amount of questions for the rank you are applying for will result in your application being denied.

Q1: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?

I would first try to determine who is needed and who isn't. Most cases shouldn't need 5 people in a sit together, so I would try to weed out who was necessary and who wasn't. I would then proceed to request the remaining players to calm down, as I just want to find out what is happening and get a conclusion to this case; not warn people for Player/Staff Diss instead.

Q2: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving?

I would try to inform them of how the punishment can and will affect them in the future. Things I will try to explain are:

How punishments can compound, the more warns/bans you receive for similar offenses can compound and gradually get more severe

Warns/Bans you receive may taint your ability to become staff or command in the future

Q3: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this?

When I talk to him, if he says he has been following rules, I'l' tell him I have evidence of him using the exploit (Th3 said this question is worded that I do have evidence). I would then tell him that lying to staff is a poor idea, as not only does it make you seem less trustworthy in the future, but also can do things such as extend bans or cause a ban in the first place. I would then warn him for Exploiting | Lying to Staff

I notice that you are on most of the time I am on and are one of the ones that actively take sits.
I think that this application can be improved in certain spots.
I do think you need more time as an admin.

DENIED.

After review, the SCP-RP SMT team has decided not to accept you for staff. This can be because of your application, experience, behavior, feedback, or other unstated reasons. You may re-apply in 1 week.
