It instead warned this guy who had ^ in his name, and after that I did !warn Nico NLR, and it worked. So I would like you to remove this guy's warn since it was a complete accident and there is no reason for it to be there. And the person who got warned will need to appeal this warning and you can say that you didn't mean to warn him.
