It must contain the reason they were punished with no exceptions. Why should we add it? - We can't know not to do something nine times out of ten if we're not told the reason, even then it's usually just drama SMT/O5/High Command wants to sweep under the rug. What are the advantages of having this? - People can learn from their mistakes, and us, their peers, can know not to do that. Who is it mainly for? - The general majority of the server. It should be used if it legitimately private information. Redacted is like I said before it's meant for private reasons. I assure you that the player being punished knows what they did wrong.
