Any extra information: He's just gotten worse and worse over the last 2 months. Today he earned his 42nd warn for coming up on me arresting some random person(no family) and started shooting us both. Then he respawned with EMS online after I killed him and acted like nothing was wrong. I think it's time for him to take himself eslewhere.
