1. Steam Name?: DeceptionalVegan - K1NDLYF3ARED

2. Steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:25751917

3. Roster Name?: Vegan - Whiyukia

4. Current Rank?: CPT

5. When were you promoted?: 19/11/02 - November 2nd

6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: Since July - 5 months - 2 weeks 3 days ingame.

7.  Do you promise to uphold all rules en-stated by Gaming Light and by the many Security guidelines?: Yessir.

8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc?: Yessir.

9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower/higher rankings?: Yessir.

10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I want to become senior command because I know I am ready for senior command. I believe GENSEC needs more senior command (as we are currently lacking) so If we had more of that higher command, we could have more meetings in game so large amounts of people can get promoted and we can increase our NCO numbers. I believe watching higher commanding officers  (and the several dm's I have gotten) has given me the inspiration to try out for senior command. The first thing I would do if I became senior command would be to start hosting more meetings, getting more people to join RCF - FTO, and of course promoting those who need promoting. I believe I should be senior command because I believe I am ready for it, I will try my very best to make D-Block and GENSEC as a whole a better place for new and seasoned players.

I will continue to help others with their problems inside of GENSEC, help train fresh NCO's to be the best of their abilities, and continue on to be the best command I can be. I would like to become senior command because I have been watching the the SM's and believe that they have what it takes to become command. I am not saying that there's a 100% chance of being promo'd, but as a senior command I would promote those worthy of command, into command. As a senior command, it would then be my duty to lead and guide low and junior command through all of their dilemma's and questions to the best of my ability. I would show and lead a good example of how to act and command In D-Block, I would "mentor" junior command, telling them that If they have any questions, that they can contact me and I can sort it out for them, I would encourage them to train more people for RCF - FTO so we can increase our sub-division numbers. I would also understanding to them if they break any rules, knowing being junior command can be stressful due to all of the new information. But I would tell them not to stress and help them through their problems. I would host meetings in teamspeak for low - junior command to help them sort out their issues, and talk about how they could be better and what they could improve on. If junior or low command breaks and rules related to commanding such as sending out riot control to HCZ as a escort, I would simply pull them aside and warn and notify them of the rules of riot control, and that only majors can give permissions for riot control (unless for medbay or armory) and put them on a mental watchlist. If they continued I would contact someone such as Killaz or Alpha to give them a strike.

TL;dr - I want to become senior command to show a good example and grow and lead GENSEC into a even better branch.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: A Security Officer is a new recruit, fresh blood. They have not yet read all of the rules of GENSEC. If they were leaving D-Block constantly I would pull aside into bunks and ask them If they have been getting permission from WO+ to leave D-Block, if they had not I would inform them that SO's - OFC's cannot leave D-Block unless they have WO permission. I would then link them to the GENSEC SOP and ask them to read it. Once they are done reading it I would put them on a watchlist and inform them of the consequences of leaving D-Block constantly, a demotion. If they continued to do what I said not to, I would demote them and put them on DNP for at least 2 days. A big thing here is not demote them as soon as they break one rule, such as leaving D-Block W/O permission, as Rang has talked about harsh punishments, and the consequences they can bring. Warn - demote - Blacklist. I would then inform any current trainers via PM to not train the person, I would give them their Steam ID so if they change their name the trainer can figure out who they are, doing all of this to lower the chances of them possibly going on a RDM spree.

12. What would you do if an SGT was giving people permission to leave D Block?: This situation is very important, because SGT's are not new players anymore. They have experienced all that enlisted has to give them. They have read through all of the GENSEC SOP and have that knowledge to not do what this situation makes them do. I would pull them aside and ask If they knew what they were doing wrong. If they did not I would inform them that only command can give permissions to lower ranking officers to leave D-Block. If they continued to do it, I would pull them aside yet again and inform them that they would getting a strike, and they may appeal after a week. If they CONTINUED, I would give them another strike and demote them, then put them on DNP for 5 days, whilst putting them on a watchlist.

13. What do you do if an E11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: If a E11 private came into D-Block (which I don't thing they even can without permission, may be wrong though.) I would strictly inform them that they cannot take control of D-Block, and if they continued to do so I would contact a higher up, as it is out of my control to discipline E11. If they continued I would contact some form of command, and possibly have them demoted or striked, however E11 rolls with punishments. Possibly would ask the the commanding E11 I contacted if they could tell future E11 privates that they are not command, and it is not in their power to command, GENSEC or E11.

14. Who is A1?(RP):

Note: I apologise for being on LOA, family issues and my headset breaking have unfortunately forced this upon me. Hoping I'll get a new headset soon so I can continue commanding 🙂

- Good application
-One of the most active command, even when you're on LOA, you are still more active than some command.
-Although you have only been a Captain for like a week and a half, but you are a good CO.
-Keep up the good work.

I speak the truth

This one is mixed for me, here are my thoughts as follows:

+/- Good leader but has some traits that could be worked on IMO

+one of, if not then the most active trainer

- I understand you want to grow GenSec, however everything you say you would do you can already do as captain, hell I even have impromptu meetings with my Lieutenants and discuss problems we are facing such as yesterday. I hardly see you on this role as of recent, granted I know you are on LOA, but you have taken a lot of LOA's recently, I understand there has been multiple irl issues regarding these, but you are getting a lot less experience than other Low Command Members

-/+ In my history with you I've seen you make some bad calls and do things that were not cool, however recently I have not witnessed this, so keep that up.

-You were just promoted to Captain not 10 days ago, could use more time in game and as Captain and learning about the In's and out's and so on.
