Question: From my previous test which I had Dr. Bright record and take pictures for I learned that SCP-513-1 can be recorded and photographed by anyone affected by SCP-513, my question is can someone who is not affected by SCP-513 record and take pictures of SCP-513-1 when someone else is affected. Background Research: In my previous test I had Dr. Bright ring SCP-513 and record it and take pictures and we learned 513-1 can be photographed and recorded by anyone affected by SCP-513 Hypothesis: SCP-513 will not show up in the video or pictures unless the person who rang SCP-513 is taking the pictures/recording.
