10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+):

In many ways my want of becoming a senior command derives from the positions of those with me, not under me, or above me, but everyone who works with me in creating a stronger unit that is GENSEC. I view my existence as that of an man who serves to serve others. I want to become a Senior Command Member not because of the power, not because of the authority, but in order to strengthen and create an environment that is tailored more to the individual officer, corporal, sergeant first class, Lieutenant, and even my superiors. In order to complete not just the policy additions I will work to adopt, the removal of unnecessary scripts and training excerpts, and the introductions to new command policies that instill pride and comradery, I would need this position. This is not just for my own personal gain, but for the gain of this brotherhood that is GENSEC

Throughout my time on RP communities that consisted of military backgrounds, I have grown akin to a strong command philosophy that I firmly believe differs from other unsuccessful and pretentious Commanders and Unit Leaders. This philosophy drives my personal dedication to assisting all members of the military units I take pleasure in, and consistently, effectively, and efficiently updating and enforcing command policies that strengthen and coordinate members into a force that acts as one, such is the brotherhood that military communities create. The GENSEC has a brotherhood in place, but it is not as bright, as strong, and as admirable as I have witnessed with others. I will work hand in hand with my fellow Officers, NCO's and Enlisted in adding more kindle to this light. I have had the pleasure in commanding fine military units across many military style games, using my online experience and realistic Military experiences to strengthen them into autonomous machines that, along with becoming stronger units, become more fun, more involving, and more simple for everyone involved.

11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?:

This situation in my eyes is perspective, however common sense would point to inexperience from the Security Officer. He may have possibly believed that he is free to wonder where he pleases due to errors in Initial Training. Fortunately I know that many JFTO's are ample trainers, and after questioning him on why he chooses to go as he please, I would either commission one of these trainers to re-educate him of the ground rules laid by said Initial Training, or I would simply educate the man myself. This situation could just as well be a one that merits a warning, slaps on the wrist and so on. However if you know that I am involved in it, know that I would see the problem resolved in an efficient manner that benefits everyone involved.

12. What would you do if an SGT was giving people permission to leave D Block?:

There are few reasons in my eyes for a NCO to be giving people permission to leave D - Block, however I will entertain whoever reads this my thought of those reasons. They could consist of the Sergeant taking command and showing Steller leadership, sending people to medical with the proper escorts when direct superiors are lacking or AFK, ensuring his men under him are well equipped and ready for battle, tasking out the proper enlisted to escort researches, etc. Again this in my eye would be due to a lack of leadership by superiors leading to a situation in which the Sergeant would have to take command, which I would love to see in the proper situations that warrant it. Know ye however if the reasoning behind him sending away people is entirely unnecessary, and forces my hand in a negative manner, the response would be both appropriate and swift.

13. What do you do if an E11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?:

I see extremely  few reason for an E11 Private to take command of the entirety of GENSEC when I am active in that area, in entertaining this question however I would ask for his reasoning behind it, contact his superior officer, and tactfully inform him that I am in command (or give him the current highest ranking officers name and location) along with whichever CO's and NCO's are assisting myself. in requiring more information from either himself or his direct superior I would then proceed to make the proper command decisions that would result in the right direction being taken in this perspective situation.

14. Who is A1?(RP):                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       In the words of the timeless Sergeant Shultz:

You have very high potential and I believe you could fit that rank with your activity being great while still serving your country. You have gon far I have seen your growth but you do have some competition so good luck in getting that because with the effort you put into this you could most certainly have a chance while being only 1st LT when your competition is CPT.

Nice answer to number 14. [DATA EXPUNGED]

Thank you for your time.

First of all. Great Hogan's heroes reference.

Second of all, like I said with Killaz you are a spot on command member but I think you still have a little bit more to learn about command. Major is a big dral, and whoever takes the Cake will have big responsibilities on their hands. You are definitely heading in the right direction though, good lock on your app.

I have beat HOS Killaz In minecraft parkour 1v1s any times.
