Move Technician Spawn Location - Accepted

What you want to see? - Technician Spawn moved to Utility Bunks spawn location

Why should we add it? - With the addition of the Level 3 keycard scanner to the hole in the wall area, which is where Technicians currently spawn, we aren't able to leave. Moving our spawn area to the Utility Bunks area would allow us to be able to leave our spawns, as well as condense the spawn locations to fewer areas.

What are the advantages of having this? - Condenses spawn locations to fewer areas, Utility Classes spawn together. Allows technicians not to be locked in a small room unless someone with a level three keycard decides to let them out.

Who is it mainly for? - Technician personnel
