I, Researcher Earl, hereby agree that any casualties or injuries suffered in the process of the following test are my responsibility, and I am subject to questioning, demotion, or termination of employment at the Foundation's Discretion.

Earl, Jamie

Rank: Res Util Supervisor Earl

Clearance Level: 2

List of Personnel involved in testing:  Security FTO SM Whiyukia

Level D personnel involved: D-3486, D-1243

SCP: 1025

Safety Measures: Under no circumstance should Foundation staff look upon the experiment. The D Class is to be instructed under gunpoint to not open the book until stated otherwise, of course that time being when all staff involved are equipped with blindfolds. A second D Class is brought to monitor the first in place of Foundation Staff. The first D Class will be equipped with pencil and paper on his person, monitored carefully when given these to prevent use as a weapon. The D Class will be instructed to flip through and record as many pages as possible from SCP-1025, starting from page ██ and onwards, and record all titles witnessed as well as the page they are on. At the first sign of arising symptoms, whether verbal complaint or as confirmed by the second D-Class, for ethical reasons, the first D Class is to be instructed to close the book and will be terminated upon exiting the cell. The second D Class will be kept in medbay for at least ██ hours and monitored for any symptoms potentially triggered by SCP-1025.

Objective: The goal of this test is to briefly Document the unknown contents of SCP-1025 using as few D Class Personnel as possible. With this knowledge in mind, it may be possible to use SCP-1025 in the future in a weaponized manner, or potentially help fellow Researchers in studying specific effects of SCP-1025.

Background Research: SCP-1025's contents consist of various common diseases, upon viewing which the viewer will begin to suffer from said disease approx. ██ hours after viewing. This SCP must be handled extremely carefully, with absolutely no room for error.

Analysis and Conclusion: D-3486 reported that D-1243 was obedient and constantly assessed their visible condition. D-1243 soon began to show signs of illness and was called out for termination. Pages ██ through ██ were documented effectively during this experiment, providing us with insight on the diseases contained within, as well as potential ways of weaponizing mental and physical illness found to be available withing these pages.

Errors: No errors were made. All personnel were assessed to be healthy at the end of the experiment.
