(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I would make a good member in the Gaminglight community due to me having to deal with many players either failRPing or minging as a E11 LT or D class whenever im a D class or in facility as E11 I would also be as active as i could and help stop people from making people think that minging is tolerated as well as being on US server when its low on people to stop people from glitching through the HCZ EZ and HCZ LCZ checkpoints which I have seen a lot of recently when no admins are on and I feel that I am unbiased as I am the best of both worlds and can understand peoples sides and not just pick a side and not listen to the other side since during a problem there are two sides of the same coin so one person may day one thing and the other might say something different and so it is wise to see each persons perspective before making a decision which could affect someone in a very negative way I feel it is better to be neutral during a staff sit rather than weighing more towards one side and deciding to warn someone without hearing them out How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: After bringing said person i would ask them to stop cursing at me as im just trying to help the server and i would not lose my cool while also asking one of my higher ups (Admin+) to antiminge him or her because since i would be a Trial mod i would not be allowed to antiminge for the required time for the bad offense of MRDM Truth is just a matter of perspective.
