MTF CC's must follow the Can't-enter-LCZ-unless-called-rule - Denied

What you want to see? - I want to see it to where MTF-based CC's can't come into the LCZ whenever, or at least have to follow the Gensec called rule.

Why should we add it? - Its unfair. Having a CC with 200 health and armor, a Negev, and other weapons camping in D-Block, when normally other MTF can't enter unless their escorting or called to D-Block, makes escaping as a D-Class next to impossible. And considering how half of the CC's are MTF based, this makes it extremely unfair for D-Class. 

What are the advantages of having this? - D-Class have a chance, and MTF CC's won't be exempt from a MTF-based rule. An exception from this is Legion, despite having MTF-level clearance, he serves the Foundation as a whole, not just MTF.

Who is it mainly for? - MTF CC's

I have noticed a lot of the time D Class do seem to complain about MTF being in there with custom jobs (mostly they complain anyway but I have seen the complaint with my own two eyes before) and I do believe that they need to follow all MTF based rules such as this one. As you said it would definitely make being a D Class so much easier and much much more fair in the end because then they wouldn't have to fight through an entire army just to be shot in the hallway behind the doors at D Block. 

To add even further to this, I also dont believe that MTF should be able to camp the intersection next to D Block because if D Class worked so hard to get passed the Security, then they immediately get shot down upon leaving D Block. It's my forward opinion and I believe this should be 100% accepted.

If they are operating as MTF they would have to follow MTF rules regardless. D block already has a rule regarding MTF presence and everything else is addressed in their SOPs. If you have a major problem with this it is easy enough to go to command to say, "Hey, your MTF squad is in LCZ on DEFCON 4/5... wtf"

Considering any class operating as MTF (CC or not) would be bound by MTF rules this suggestion is redundant

To my knowledge, there are more than a few CC owners that haven't read their respective SOPs. I also don't think people are required to read the SOP before getting a CC in the first place. 

I would like this rule for CCs especially enforced as you will almost literally only see negevs, aka guns that will even mow security heavies, on CCs. If they can just be stationed in D-Block until someone radios it, that's a bit broken.

All MTF personnel, including those that fall under custom classes, should be expected to follow MTF guidelines and SOPs.

Going into D block without it being overrun or MTF being requested is breaking a server rule....

This is certainly a problem with the MTF just coming in and they are just coming in at Defcon 4 and 5. So I am like go there is no need for you guys and they weren't called so it is just them being in the way making the job of security so much harder. With the fact it also was unfair for d-class in many ways as it does hurt their experience in actually trying to escape d-block and become CI.

IT IS A SERVER RULE THAT PROHIBITS MTF FROM FROM BEING IN D BLOCK WITHOUT A REQUEST OR IT BEING OVERRUN

Even though I own an MTF cc, I agree with this. MTF should follow the enter only when called rule cases sometimes some CCs enter d block and I have done it once or twice and I understand my mistake and I feel this should be enforced.

Denied. The SCP-RP SMT has decided against adding this suggestion for performance reasons, the benefit to the server, or another unstated reason.
