11. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I've been Gensec for a long time, since the first day I started playing and everyday I've done my job with a professional attitude, and a determination to do my job to best of my abilities. I've stepped into every doorway, both RCF and FTO because I always want to show High Command I am willing to put in the work, and be reliable and hardworking. As well as taking my job serious, I try to be a role model for any lower Gensec, even to those who have been apart of the branch for a long time, showing them how they should do their jobs, without coming off as a drill sergeant. I get to know everyone at least a little everyday, and in doing so, it helps me connect with those under my Command. I never use my position as a weapon, I want to be someone that Gensec respects as a leader, I want to use my experience and my way of interacting with my Gensec to be a Major that people love to work under, but at the same time, I want them to know I have to do my job, and if they don't follow the rules, I have to re-enforce them. I empathize with a lot of people, I know not everyone can be a perfect soldier, but I do strongly believe in striving for perfection is the way to go. I give people my honesty and my respect, and in turn I hope they do the same. So in short, why do I want to be Senior Command? I want to use everything I've learned and everything I will learn to better myself, and better the Gensec under me. I want to be a role model people look up to, and be something that people one day are like, "Yea, I want to be just like that someday."

12. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?:
If I see him walk out, I'd let another Command know, either in Teamspeak or in-game I'm leaving for a moment, then I'd chase them down, tell them that they can not leave D-Block without permission from myself, or a WO+. If they continue to keep moving, I would attempt to cuff them. If they run away, I'd gun them down, and quickly make my way back to D-Block and to our bunks. As I'm heading back, I'd get on the radio and announce "SO <name> is AOS, if you see him, cuff him and take him to bunks." Once I get back, I'll head to bunks, and dismiss anyone there who helped in the capture and tell them to return to their posts. I would then tell the SO they will be released, HOWEVER, if they decide to leave to D-Block again, or do anything else they are not supposed to, I will be forced to remove their whitelist, demote them, and tell them they will need to be retrained.

13. What would you do if an SGT was giving people permission to leave D Block?:
Head up to the SGT, and pull them aside, tell them they are not allowed to give anyone permission to leave. If the SGT understands and apologizes, I would send them after the people he let leave, so that he can tell those people to come on back. If this SGT has done this in the past, then again, I would pull them to the side, or tell them to go to an empty channel on TS, and explain to the them they will be receiving a strike, explain to the reasoning behind it, and tell them, if they do not learn the CoC ASAP, their next consequence will not be a strike, but rather a demotion. Then I would link them the SOP so they can remember which ranks are below WO, and remember that these can not give perms.

14. What do you do if an E11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?:
Tell them they are not in charge here, and they can not just go around and commanding my GENSEC. If they dismiss me, I would walk around with my radio out, saying the E11 PVT has no rank over you, you are not required to follow his orders. I would then get on the comms, and say "[F] Gensec CPT to E11, one of your PVT's is in D-Block attempting to command my GENSEC, I need someone to escort him out immediately." And in the mean time, keep a close watch on the E11 until his CO arrives.

15. Who is A1?(RP):
In an RP sense, I don't know who that is.

- Support,

Couple things about this, I have noticed that you have been in Security for quite some time as well as being a Captain, but that does not mean you have the qualifications for being one. On many different occasions I have noticed that you lack initiative when it comes to leading and managing other GenSec as well as improving yourself and others. You show some promise but due to your constant disapproval of other Command's orders, lack of self-improvement, and mis-management of D Block, I say that you have some time to learn how to be an effective Captain.

Now, do you deserve the rank of Major? My answer would have to be a no. While you have been a Captain for quite some time, you complain more than critic, which is not a favorable feature among Senior Command. I wish you the best of luck but you have many areas where you could improve on. Mainly professionalism on/off job, taking more initiative when leading/organizing, and knowing the SOP and MOTD by heart. Our Majors+ our some of the best Security has to offer. So once you can improve on these things, you will have my support.

Your a great commander and your actually one of the most active commanders apart from Two six, I feel like you take your job very seriously, and don't fuck around when it comes down to doing your job. you have been trying to improve GENSEC since you started or at least as long as I have seen you. I feel that if given the chance you can do wonderful things for GENSEC.

I do indeed believe he would fit the position of command and that it would most certainly allow him to do the things he does with more control on situations. This is because he has a great sense of leadership and his great guidance lead me to where I am now in NCO. Thank you for your time

He's a good honest guy that I've known ever since I became Gensec. He's been there for me and all the other NCO's/enlisted and I believe he deserves at least a chance at senior command. I hope he gets senior command cause he is one of the best.

- Complaints need to be formulated into positive suggestions.

- Need you to hop on Trainer when there are 10 trainees and 1 trainer.

There are more positives than negatives here. I believe you're ready but need to keep a few things in mind.

Personally I think this is false but that is just me from when I had come to blacklist you from Chaos Insurgency in my eyes you were constantly trying to improve yourself as a person and had came to me multiple times to apologize which was on your own initiative and not someone telling you that you can't do it. On a real note although we've haven't talked much you as a person completely improved your attitude and your character and I am happy enough to give you my full support.

I think it should be a favorable trait as if complaints are not coming in positive/negative things don't change for the better. If people are afraid of complaining and they dislike something you can count on that person to leave or not have the greatest views of a certain branch or system.

Other than those points I wanted to talk about you are:
-Active In-Game // TS

-Friendly

-A good member of the community

Don't know if I could've been a High Command Vouch since I am CI but if War Gamer // Matricies saw this then I would vouch for Gunther

Hello Gunther,

Just posting this before I fully LOA, the individual above has approval for this. They've developed skills I think to meet the position but as always, behavior and the way you act around others is the biggest con but its not enough at the moment that it makes you not a suitable candidate.
