(150 Word Minimum) I truly think that this rank is deserving to me for multiple reasons: · My activity is superb. I have spent over 400 hours on this server, only since this summer. I also strive to get on the server every day, even if it isn’t the best thing to do. · I have experience dealing with minges / rule breakers. Although I haven’t been staff on any server, I do have experience with punishing people maturely since I am Assistant Head of Janitors and Lieutenant in CI. · I truly do enjoy playing this server. Everyday I log on, I never get bored of the server. · I respect everyone on the server. To my knowledge, I believe I have a good reputation with the server. I always give respect to everyone and try to be friendly with everyone. I believe I have a pretty good reputation with everyone. With that being said, I truly hope that you take everything said here into consideration when making your decision. No matter what, this decision won’t affect my activity and no hard feeling if it doesn’t go through. Hope you all have a nice day/night. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First off, I would check logs to confirm the fact that they did RDM. Then, I would bring them to a sit and calm them down. If they continue to curse and disrespect me, I would gag/mute them to calmly discuss the sit. After, I would warn them for RDM x4, which is 10,000 second minge, and verbally make sure they understand not to do this again. I would call an Admin+ to issue the AntiMinge for more than 300 seconds, since as a Trial Moderator I can only do that. An Admin+ will have to AntiMinge the player for 10,000 seconds. I would then take the next ticket available.
