Why should we add it?:

If you mean when you go into the surface through the last gate, that will usually always cats lag. But +support I'd it does increase fps.

For me EZ is not laggy at all, If you want bad lag go to D-block

D-block is fine. They must be talking about the gates. When you walk through gate a (non-keycard) you lag

+support -Breaching as scps, doing staff related things over there, or even escaping as d-class, and you experience the lag almost immediately. Also, the surface has lots of lag sometimes, that may be grouped with the EZ considering their relevance and close proximity.

I can't really support nor deny it because i have low frames everywhere so lag is relative in my game.

+Support though, because some of the props could be removed like the small props scattered in the cafe.

Place a prop limit on SA/Command offices

When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons what the hell am I supposed to do with these?! Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am?! I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down... with the lemons. I'm going to get my engineers to invent me a combustible lemon, that burns your house down!

+Support. It would diffidently help with lag and for sure handle some issues with lag in that area even though I have been there only a few times from being XRCF I do lag sometimes when I get top the offices. So a prop limit would for sure help reduce that.

Thank you for your time.

Former lua dev here. Reason being that the map uses what is called PVS (Potentially Visible Set) to de-render areas of the map you cannot see. Every door you open renders that area you see and two rooms forward, which has been instrumental in keeping the FPS reasonably well. However, props can cause server lag if left unfrozen as the server has to check if it is frozen or not, and is proven to cause client some lag in determining their locations. This can cause the client lag so it is a gamble on whether it will work or not.

Just here to spread some good news.
