(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the staff rank for many reasons. Number one, I am very active and can get on if I need to be, most of the times. Number 2, I am event team so am familiar with administration job rules, commands and am trusted by many people on ET and staff. Number 3, because I am event team I sometimes will go on temporary staff until other staff gets on, by doing this I am more familiar with sits and how to deal with issues. Number 4, I am somewhat high up role play wise, I am a major in security and Specialist in A1. This helps me by more people knowing who I am because I am active and in d block a lot, also because I am security I have to deal with a lot of mingey d class which I believe will be a major part of Staff. Finally and the most important, I want to join staff because I like helping others and that is a major part of staff. Everyday in real life I help others deal with issues, some minor and some major, and that's what i want to do on the server, I also can control myself and can remain cheerful and happy even when I really want to strangle someone. I hope you accept me into Staff! Thank you, Cryolast How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Tell them to calm down and stop cursing and being disrespectful, if they continue I will have no choice but to gag them. (or warn them for being disrespectful to staff/staff diss) I will then explain to them: Why they are in a sit and explain that Mass RDMing is unacceptable and not tolerated. After evaluation of them/any others explaining their story, I would show them where in the MOTD it says about not doing Mass RDM/RDM and I would warn them for mass RDM and ask an admin+ to give them a 10,000 minge.
