(150 Word Minimum): I believe that I should be chosen for this job because I am already a dedicated player in this community. I am very well known by most of MTF, and have only been warned once after 6 days of play-time. This further proves my ability to stay professional and respectful whenever it comes to situations. I also believe that I should acquire this position because recently I have seen very many people complaining about rules being broken whenever there is only 1 or 2 staff on. This hurts our community greatly because it makes the experience of playing worse. This isn't good because as a community, it is always an objective to see our servers grow and prosper. Another reason why I should be chosen is that I would be dedicated to my role as a moderator on the server, since I am on summer break, I can dedicate 7+ hours every day to playing on the server. This could help lighten the load on our current staff by giving them someone who could be on as staff for 5 or more hours a day. The final reason that I should be accepted as a moderator is that I can handle situations quickly, and without a problem. I would listen to both sides of the story, depending on what the case is, and give the fairest evaluation and punishment possible. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? What I would do in this situation is first to evaluate the MassRDM and warn them MassRDMx{players killed}. And when the profanities start coming my way I would ask them to stop, and if they don't I would gag them, warn them for staff diss, and then keep them in the location by minging them for 300 seconds until I could get hold of a higher up to give them the deserved 10,000 second minge. You warn once for everything he did at the time, then if it repeats or he does something other to break the rules then you warn again - Mingey at times, If minge were to stop, and if question were to be fixed think you would be a great fit.
