Ahem.  This is HCZ Supervisor Dyatlov.  This test was made known to me by LCZ Supervisor Dylann, I thank him for that.

1) This test must be approved by the Head of Research, Head of Research and Security, AND the O5 council, which none of them approved of this.  You not only endangered yourself, but it appears you did not have proper security escort, nor were you supposed to even do the test in the first place.

2) Dr. Bright, under any circumstances, is to not test on SCP-106, and if I am correct, it even says it on the Dr. Bright job description.  By partaking in this test, you FAILRPed on a donator job, something I will be bringing up to Senior staff, this resulting in your blacklist from Dr. Bright for the near future.

3) Under my decision, you will be blacklisted from Research indefinitely unless anyone else from Low/High Command feels that this is too harsh a punishment.  This test was negligent, it demonstrates a complete lack of understanding when it comes to what Research is about, and the question you wanted to be answered is so black and white, legitimately everyone knows the answer to it without even having to conduct a test.

-Dr. Everett King.

Me being actual level 4 clearance in the Research Department, let me assure you one thing.

I myself don't even have high enough clearance to order such a test as the Site Administration are the ones who put it though. What you just did, was redundant. It also stands that if you don't have a rank in research automatically, and play as Dr. Bright, you essentially tested on 106 as a JR and lied about site permission.

And once more, another thing. What you did is the equivalent of using Dr. Bright as a JR to get clearance which you probably used to manipulate others to allow you to do the test. Which is unforgivable.

One more small P.S, "How dangerous is 106?". That question alone, stands at out to me as pure stupidity and laziness. A lot of people already know damn well that 106 is to not be taken lightly, that's why it requires site admin perms in the first place. The SCP mentioned, is even labelled Keter for both how dangerous it is and the unknown properties it possesses. This is a Research Issue, as well as a staff one. It'll be made sure that staff are aware of this and staff get a blacklist for Dr. Bright to restrict your use.

Dear Emporer Palpy and any other staff...

I put everything on redacted cuz I got scared, now I forgot what I put, I didn't know Dr. Bright couldn't test on SCP 106, I assumed he could as he could open his door and there was no other SCP's at the time of the test, I was sure that I could do a test on 106, I wish to not get whitelisted as Dr Bright as he is a very fun role to play as, ill change any mistakes in the future and make sure to ask what SCP's I can test on, all I ask is a chance to not get whitelisted and write some quality tests in the near future.
