(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I can further help out the playerbase by moving up further. I'm usually the one that hops on in the earlier hours(US time anyway) to start staffing. I am almost always willing to interrupt or stop my roleplay to jump over to staff if I notice that sits are stacking up like hotcakes or if ratio plummets. Even when I'm not exactly willing, I will still jump on staff, as I know that staffing is far more important than my own roleplay, so that other can enjoy theirs. I'm still my normal, fun-loving self, which helps players feel at ease if/when they have to come talk to staff. Yet I also know when to lay that aside for Serious Ronin, when a player is minging severely and/or just plain not listening or following the rules. I still plan on being around for as long as you good people can stand my special brand of Crazy Ronin(TM), so I'm still bringing longevity with me. I;m on every day, for at least 4 hours. Usually more than that, depending on my IRL work schedule of course. I hope I have proven myself worthy of this boost in position! How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First off, I would ensure that we are placed somewhere out of the way, primarily on a roof top, so that we are out of the way of RP. I would explain to them what infraction they have caused and what the punishment will likely be. I would inform them that their swearing is not appropriate, and attempt to calm them down. Failing that, I will explain to them that their behavior is only going to cause them further punishment. If they continue with their swearing/insults, I would gag them. If they brought it into chat, I would likely mute them, before warning them for their infractions and either minging them, or banning then, depending on the severity of their infractions and the amount of warns they have for same.
