He might've been just joking around or the elevator was broken or someone was elevator spamming. However, he didn't do anything on 106 to get blacklisted other then for it being able to noclip. Instead the punishment should be a Minge or a warning but not a blacklist -Support on him getting blacklisted on 106 or 343 +support on seeing him getting minged or warned.
