Requirements:
 

  • You must be a CMSGT+ in United States Air Force

  • There must be effort in your Application.

  • You must have zero active strikes.

  • You must pass MAJCOM operator training.

  • Activity in teamspeak, the forums, and the server are a must.

  • Respect and leadership skills are mandatory.

 

 

MAJCOM Ranks:

 

MAJCOM Operators

Operator - Rank you will receive after being accepted.  You will be a Chief Master Sergeant and once trained you will be on a trial period for one week.  If you get a strike while on this trial period, you will be removed from MAJCOM.
 

Senior Operator - This rank is a trusted member of MAJCOM, you’re expected to know all guidelines and server rules.  At Senior Operator, you will be a 1st Lieutenant and have been in airforce for a long time. You should set example for lower ranking members and lead them out to war.

 

MAJCOM Command

Chief Operator - This rank is in charge of all MAJCOM.  Leads the team out on operations and Strike System:sets teams to push certain locations.  A Chief Operator will be a Lieutenant Colonel or higher. They’re expected to be extremely active in setting up trainings, operations, and have great leadership skills.
 

Co-Overseer -  Co-Overseer is one of USAF High Command.  A Vice Commander+ will take on this role. Equivalent to Overseer But cannot Affect overseer as they have more seniority.  
 

Overseer - Overseer is the top of all special forces and promotes all ranks in MAJCOM.  Overseer is a Vice Commander+. They oversee all operations, changes, and operators.  

 

Expectations:


Once you’re accepted into MAJCOM, you’re expected to be/do all of the following.

  • Must be active

  • Must attend meetings

  • Must be a leader

  • Must be active on Teamspeak

  • Must be active on Forums

  • Must be mature

 

Operator Training:
 

Basic Training:

  • The Trainee must do all 4 Faces and do a sequence to test them.

  • The Trainee must do all 6 Formations (Single Column Line, Double Column Line, Firing Line, Advanced Firing Line, VIP Diamond, Prisoner Diamond).

  • The Trainee must do 10 Grammar Pushups

  • The Trainee must do 3 Grammar Laps around US base

  • The Trainee must run the obstacle course

  • The Trainer will test the Trainee on the MAJCOM Information and Requirements.
     

Basic Rifle Training:

 

  • Trigger Discipline: For this the trainee must empty three mags into a target the trainer chooses and must not hit the trainer at anytime.(If hit by the trainee they will automatically receive a strike.)
     

  • Target Practice: The Trainer will choose 6 Targets for the trainee to shoot at and will give him/her a sequence of numbers and they must hit all targets within a short amount of time.
     

  • Recoil Control:  The Trainee will shoot your whole mag at a target focusing on their head.  Control your rifle while shooting it full-auto. You will be using your M4A1 for this.
     

  • Advanced Recoil Control:  The Trainee will practice controlling your battle rifle by burst firing it.  Practice aiming at a target while tap firing your rifle. You will be using your M14 EBR for this.

 

Advanced Rifle Training:

 

  • PVE Kill House: The Trainee will have to kill 13 Targets in under 15 seconds.  He must run through the PVE kill house breaching each doorway and taking out all targets.  Failure to do so in under 2 tries will result in a Training Strike.
     

  • Kill House Raid: There will be 20 targets spawned in the Kill House under the training room.  The trainee must kill all 20 targets and breach through the whole Mini-City in under 1 minute and 30 seconds.  Failure to do so in two tries will result in a Training Strike.(If available)
     

  • 1v1 in Kill House: The Trainee and your trainer will 1v1 in the underground kill house.  He has 3 chances to beat your trainer in a 1v1. If he doesn’t, he will get a Training Strike.
     

  • Para Jumping and Survival Training: The trainer will fly a huey to the the main city.  The trainee must jump out and deploy his parachute.  He must successfully pull his parachute and land on a designated rooftop.  He must then clear out the whole city and run back to base. Failure to make it back alive will result in a Training Strike.
     

  • Knife Combat Training: The Trainee will have no weapons in this.  The trainer will rush The Trainee with a knife for 25 seconds and he must escape alive.  He may not leave the training area and can’t cheat in anyway. Failure to do so in two tries will result in a Training Strike.
     

  • Vehicle Disabling: The Trainer will spawn in a vehicle and will instruct the trainee to disable it while the trainer drives towards him.
     

  • Crash Training Simulation: For this part of the training, the trainer will take off in a huey.  He will fly around until he decides to randomly hit his tail on a tree crashing.  The trainee will have to successfully survive and make it back to base during war time alive.  Failure to do so will result in a Training strike.

 

 

Senior Operator Training:


Basic Training:
 

  • The Trainee must do all 4 Faces and do a sequence to test them.

  • The Trainee must do 15 Grammar Pushups

Advanced Sniper Training:
 

  • Long Range Target Training:  The trainee will be taken to multiple sniper outposts, vantage points, and mountains to test his aim skill.  The trainee will be shooting targets from 100M-200m using his primary.

  • Medium to Close Range Target Training:  The trainee will be taken to multiple sniper outposts and vantage points to test his aim skill.  He will be shooting targets from 50m-99M in medium range combat using the Primary. He will also be tested on close range combat using your Secondary.

  • Counter Sniping Training:  The trainee will be practicing counter sniping against snipers in various locations.  They will have the high ground in some locations and he trainee must find and take them out.

  • Camouflage and Stealth Tactics Training:  The trainee will be brought to various biomes and locations to test their Stealth skills.  They will be tested on how well they can conceal themself while sniping and spotting. They will also be tested on how well they can sneak around enemies.
     

Advanced Leadership Training:
 

  • Team Leading and Breaching Training: The trainee will be brought to Delta Bunker to test his skills on attacking and leading special forces team into the objective.  He will be tested on how well he can command his teammates and his teamwork skills. We will see if he has what it takes to become a Senior Operator here.

  • Team Leading and Objective Defending Training:  The trainee will have to defend multiple objectives against enemies.  The trainee will be leading a special forces team, commanding positions, overseeing their tactics and giving pointers.
     

Strike System

 

  • ALL STRIKES CARRY OVER FROM USAF.

  • You CANNOT apply for MAJCOM with a strike.

  • If you get a strike while on Trial Period(first week of your new promotion) you will be demoted.

  • If you get strike while on Probationary Period(first week in MAJCOM) you will be removed.

  • If you reach two strikes you’re removed from MAJCOM.

  • If you reach three strikes you’re Blacklisted from MAJCOM.

  • You may not be promoted with a strike.

  • Minging will result in removal from MAJCOM.
