    Dedication

One key asset any staff member needs is the dedication to their server or work. and to have that, you have to enjoy what you do. I started playing on Gaminglight about 2 months ago and have had a blast on the server ever since. Realizing that there are imbalances and mishaps on the server, I am now starting to make suggestions on the forums because I care about what happens with the server and I want to take that a step further, I want to staff.  From what I observe, I see an extremely dedicated staff team that works for the betterment of the server and that is what I want to be apart of, because I think I have what it takes.

    Experience/Skill

Another attribute every staff member needs to succeed is knowing how to staff. Over my time on Icefuse Networks, I have developed the key attributes needed to handle sits, tickets, and other general staffing tasks. I have trained hundreds of newcomers to the server and have taken tickets. This has developed my patience to handle sits and rulebreakers and leadership skills to help take the initiative, which is why I decided to apply.

    Activity

The Final Attribute and most needed attribute of a quality staff member is activity. Activity ties in with all the other qualities needed to be a staff member. The more active you are the more you build yourself as staff and I can be active. I can be on when the server needs me the most, and enforce the rules. that makes the game more enjoyable for the entire player base.

    Thank you for listening

    Ryan

  16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

First I would try and tell the offender that what he did wrong and try and de-escalate the situation. If this doesn’t work I would issue a gag and explain that he can only type. When he understands what he did wrong, I would issue a warning and call an admin to issue a 10,000 second minge for the Mass RDM offense
