Level D personnel involved: D-Class 3405 "Dyl-Thuzad" SCP: SCP-096 Hypothesis: If 096's Rage State is relevant to a certain section of the face being viewed, Then this will mean that certain parts of the Face can be viewed safetly without fear of SCP-096's Rage State being induced. Observation: During Pre-Test, Prepared a Specialized Mask that contained 3 Openable Slots, One located in the Forehead, One in the Oral/Naval Cavity, And One in the Optical Region. Escorted D-Class 3405 under the pretense of a Standard Interview with a Schizophrenic Patient with a bad case of Low Self-Image. Radioed in to have 3 MTF Operative on Stand-by by SCP-096's Cell. Once arriving, Explained the Test to MTF and D-Class so everyone was on the same page. Provided Mask to MTF NU-7 Knuckles to secure SCP-096. Detainment of SCP-096 went without fault and introduce debriefed D-Class to the Chamber. Instructed D-Class to open the Forehead Slot and notate what was happening, After doing so D-Class approached the Door and stated SCP-096 seemed confused and was looking around. After documentation, ordered D-Class to secure the forehead and open the Oral/Nasal Region. After doing so D-Class stated that 096 was agitated but nonetheless confused. Noted and ordered the D-Class to secure the Opening and open the Optical Region. Upon doing so, SCP-096 began to vocalize distress and clawed the mask off whilst D-Class began to bang on the door to be let out and explain that it was screaming. Shortly after SCP-096 terminated D-Class as expected with documented Rage States. Test Concluded. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): N/A Errors and/or safety hazards: None; Used MTF NU-7 Operative rather than General Security as Mobile Task Force have a better understanding on the Danger of certain SCPs. Conclusion: Although, SCP-096 expressed some discomfort to the view of certain areas, it wasn't until it's eyes saw another person's face that it entered it's rage state. This however doesn't bring into account how it can sense face behind Pictures or CCTV Feeds, Thus leaving the Hypothesis Unconclusive, further experiments with this are to be carried out.
