Position being applied for: HCZ Manager Why should you be research command, AKA what can you bring to the table that the rest of command can't? (100 word minimum); I could / and would be very active and do many tests. I would try and be more interactive with Junior Researchers. I would of course train as many Research Assistants as I could. I would try and inforce a rule (If I could) where when training a person you would have to tour the Assistants through LCZ and HCZ. I would try and do more promotions to make people in Research more active. I will make a new document which would explain what Researcher's should do when they see a breached SCP and what they should do if they see CI. I would escort Junior Researcher's who want to test in HCZ. What will you do to make research more active and better? (100 word minimum)(Tangible items like activity, expertise or the ability to run trainings, etc)?; I would again do more promotions (If allowed) to make people more interested in being active in Research. I will be active and train Research Assistants which might make more people want to join Research since there would usually be a trainer on to train them. I would again escort Junior Researcher's who want to test SCP's in HCZ. I would try and be more strict on the activity of Researchers. I would try and get (Train) more people to become Designated Trainers. Although I think were doing pretty good on that aspect.
