Level D personnel involved: 3 avenger nigh and nigh

SCP: 049 049-2 049-2 049-2

Hypothesis: at first the test was just to get a class d cured then tranqed and moved for tussue test but it was different

Observation: when the 049-2 was cured then tranqed it reverted back to a class d we brought it to a different  room which we then did tests but it died of a heart attack this happend with every trail which we did 3

Errors and/or safety hazards: None

Conclusion: Using a tranq on 049-2 will immobilize it then revert it back to human but then it will die of a heart attack also when it is reverted it becomes much more stronger and resistant to all forms of damage
