(150 Word Minimum) Ever since I first applied for staff it has been a blast. I enjoy getting on when I can to help out regular players and other staff members. It makes me happy to help someone out and answer the questions they may have. Ever since I got admin it has been a blast to help out other staff members, it makes me happy to help guide them through their journey as staff and watch them grow in maturity. I look forward to continue to be part of this great staff team and continue to help everyone I come into contact with. I understand that in getting the rank of senior admin comes with incredible power and responsibility, and I think im ready. I would not hesitate to help anyone for any reason, even if I have had bad experiences with them I will still be nice to them and try to help them out with whatever their issue may be. I will continue to try and be a role model for newer staff members and help them with whatever they may need. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring them to a sit and try and calm them down, If they continued to curse at me I would gag them and explain to them what they did wrong, I would warn them for Mass RDM|Staff Dis and minge them for 10,000 Seconds.
