Nerf The AWS - Accepted

What you want to see? - The AWS Nerfed

Why should we add it? -  Because it is to op and it literally makes my Armor seem like a cotton jumper

What are the advantages of having this? - makes gameplay more fair our guns are always nerfed why isn't there's

Who is it mainly for? - Gov/Anyone on the wrong side of the gun

Being truly honest, I do not think the AWS should be nerfed, the spread is wide, It is hard to shoot jumpy targets, The damage is low when it comes to armored opponents like FBI, HRTS, etc. I have always had a problem when I shoot once and miss my target, I cannot hit them again since they become jumpy and normally die. I do not think it's over powered, I just believe it is the skill of the player who can use the weapon really well and is a good shot. 

 

In conclusion, you just need skill and a good shot, you can easily destroy someone the same with a negev

The damage the AWS deals is way too high for the gun and it can destroy any standard PD member in less than a second. It is very easy to control compared to the negev and when used, can easily win a 1 v 5 situation.

i am changing to - support a thing is gov  has choose to use  armor than really good guns to use the  aws  does mess up a lot when the target is  running back and forth you guys also have gas and  commanders have freaking flag grenades srt commander  has 280 armor crims really do need something op as well,  i'd say srt  and swat should do double trainings 1 with    both departments and 1 by there selfs as they use diffren't tactics , or maybe nerf the armor and ask for better weapons .. armor doesn't save you skill does..

and the thing is why our custom class weapons don't get nerfed much is because we paid to have these weapons  i paid over $500 in  stuff for my custom class

what happens when the 4 overall commanders of SWAT & SRT arent online and its just PD or low ranking people?

Exactly the same as she said I payed almost £500 for my custom class which is government so I think if we pay for it we should be allowed it and I have gone against hanna one when she had an AWS and I had an m4 I won the fight so I think it should stay as it is

This is getting out of hand. It is to a point where it isn’t even fair for government.  Even my class with 280 armour gets shredded in 2 secondes.  It isn’t even remotely fair.  

(Funny how the 2 people that’s -Support are the two people that are causing the whole issue)

Ok, now I hate to join the crowd and complain but I have to agree with what a lot of people are saying, here, let me try and list some points

1. Yes the AWS does require some aim and skill, and some movement techniques to avoid. But something to remember is that the average ping on the server is 10-250, if you spam an area with AWS rounds you could be hitting someone that’s not even there anymore.

2. Hannah, love you, but arguing that the frag grenade counts as a reason to not change the viability of this gun is downright stupid. The frag is almost useless and is more of a “hey look at what I have,” considering how small the splash of the grenade really is. 

3. On the topic of SRTs armor, a lot of you forget that our department used to have between 20-25 people with the breacher and sniper whitelist that had 255 armor each. Command had upwards of 300, but was it unbalanced? No. People built smart bases that counteracted the usefulness of armor, the AWS on the other hand removes the need to be quote on quote “smart.” Its just hold left click in a general direction to win. An SRT specialist as taken down within 8 bullets, meaning one AWS mag could potentially, in theory whipe our entire department.

4. I do realize that the AWS does cost money as it is a custom class weapon, so let me provide a suggestion. Considering it’s more like a light, light machine gun, reduce the spread significantly, reduce the damage a moderate amount, and reduce the magazine size to 60-80 rounds. Making it more of an over glorified assault rifle. Still powerful, but for a different reason.

When my 225 armor as SWAT SSGT gets DEVOURED in about 2-3 seconds, it's a bit too OP.  I usually have enough time to get maybe one shot off before I'm dead, usually no time to hit my panic.  A bit of a nerf is DEFINITELY in order.

When myself and Vinny got this gun added for NSA we had the expectation that it would be for Govt officials only in high command because of how strong it was. SMT even nerfed it BEFORE it was added. Now its still insanely strong with good aim. 

Either the gun should be nerfed or it should be removed and replaced IMO.

The Gun is so overpowered as seen in the picture for the damage

I think it should be nerfed

People can say you need skill and its difficult to hit moving targets but It's WHEN you start hitting them it's game over

And you Could just say "Well if you just keep moving around you wont die" Well for me i'm not going to be running around in circles trying not to die from a gun that's OP I rather sit there and have a fair fight and not have to run away from a fight I know i'm going to lose

 with the aws  i  know its op but  i didn't think it would be this much of an issue because i tested on my friend and it took 20 shots to kill him mostly  what should be changed is props how fast the gun shoots and lil dmg   taken away from it ig

This is WAY too OP, I am CERT commander which gets 250 Armour and it shreds you at full health and armour in 2 seconds (no joke we tested it). imagina if there isnt any commanders or tac units on, it is just no fun not being able to do anything but just accept your fate.
