Observation: one class d got from the hole was a wrench and the second class d had a severed hand from reaching in the hole and he ran away. Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): Errors and/or safety hazards: do not put your hand in scp 1162 cause you will get a chance of having a severed hand, but a chance with other items. Conclusion: one d class escaped and we couldn't find him as soon the class d ran away the test ended and MTF/Security was notified, I will try to continue to test on scp 1162 to see what its origanes and/or where it gets its items and equipment from or if it just creates it.
