th3 Posted March 2, 2019 Share Posted March 2, 2019 CLASSIFIED by order of the Deputy Site Director Name: CLASSIFIED Rank: CLASSIFIED Clearance Level: Top Secret Date of Incident: 2/29/13 Describe the incident: At approximately 2300 hours, surface scanners detected a convoy of at least half a dozen Humvee's that were stopped outside a nearby G.O.I. outpost. Further investigation revealed a massive fight had taken place between two unknown groups that involved an unknown number of assailants. An approximation of the total number was inconclusive. QRF's were informed and moved to secure the scene. Due to local interest of a G.O.I. known as the Chaos Insugency, the Field Agent designated with investigating the anomaly was reassigned due to his lack of equipment that would have allowed him to handle the C.I. agents. Type of response towards incident: Quick Reaction Forces were authorized by the Deputy Site Administrator to engage in cleanup duties and evidence retrieval, however the location was compromised and all evidence was removed by an unknown third-party. Resolution towards incident: None. Any knowledge that would have been able help understand the incident is lost with the removal of the evidence by the unknown third party. How dangerous was the entirety of the situation?: Only when the Field Agent authorized by the Deputy Site Director encountered the Chaos Insurgency members was there a small chance of anything bad happening to any Foundation Personnel.
