Also there seem to be a filter in his lungs. Maybe for filtering out something in the air? Visual Stimuli (Photos/videos): None Errors and/or safety hazards: None Conclusion: There are many curiosities about SCP-527 and how he breathes is just one of many unexplored regions of SCP-527.
