Conner Tyson Posted February 21, 2019 Share Posted February 21, 2019 Sadly there is a CI training block right now. If the block ends, all you have to do is escape the foundation and be chosen for training by an FTO. All Lieutenants + are FTO. There can be some FTOs who are under LT however I don't know of any.
